Knowledge of the principles and procedures of basic HR practices such as staff recruitment, compensation and benefit management, employee relation and HRIS.
\nKnowledge and understanding of local employment standards, occupational health & safety and human rights legislation
\nComputer literacy, especially familiar with MS Office.
\nSelf-motivated and highly organized and detail oriented
\nStrong team player
\nGood facilitation skills
\nFlexible, comfortable with deadlines and able to work well under pressure.
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and foster trust and respect.

MA\/BA Degree in Human Resource Management,
\nManagement, Business Administration or other related field of studies
\nExperience<\/p>\n
A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, out of this 3 years working in Managerial position
\nExperience in manufacturing firm is
