{"id":31049,"date":"2026-04-14T10:31:38","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T07:31:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beleqet.com\/vacancy\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=31049"},"modified":"2026-04-14T10:35:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T07:35:12","slug":"accounts-payable-clerk","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/beleqet.com\/vacancy\/job\/accounts-payable-clerk\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Clerk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Record all incoming invoices and travelling costs<br \/>\nMatch the invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes<br \/>\nCheck the amounts invoiced against the purchase orders and accuracy of the tax amounts, obtaining the relevant clarification from the Heads of Department responsible if there are deviations<br \/>\nEntering invoices into the accounts and inclusion in payment transactions<br \/>\nPayment of the invoices by diskette, foreign transfers or cheques<br \/>\nBalance statements of various Fibu cards<br \/>\nCard reconciliations with Cost Control for the accounts: Food, Beverage und Containers<br \/>\nAccruals of outstanding purchase orders with delivery notes to the end of the month<br \/>\nSupervision of all renewals and changes in the service and maintenance contracts<br \/>\nProcessing and control of reminders<br \/>\nEnsure that the payment objectives and the deduction of discount amounts are observed<br \/>\nMonitoring and control of the outstanding items list, at least on a weekly basis<br \/>\nAccounting and control of petty cash vouchers<br \/>\nCarry out all the work required at the month and year end<br \/>\nMonitoring and control of outgoing delivery notes<br \/>\nChecking of cheques and cheque numbers for completeness<br \/>\nParticipation in internal \/ external training courses is obligatory<br \/>\nDirectives from internal and external audits are a component of this Job Description<br \/>\nBe prepared to work anywhere in the Controlling Department as and when business circumstances require this<br \/>\nOrderly and complete monthly and annual archiving of the vouchers from the areas<br \/>\nAbout You<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting or a related field.<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years&#8217;
