1. Learning & Development Strategy & Planning<\/p>\n
Develop and implement a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with Temer Properties\u2019 business objectives.
\nLead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process across all functions.
\nTranslate business priorities into targeted learning interventions and development programs.
\n2. Training & Capability Development Program Design & Delivery<\/p>\n
Design and deliver training programs for different roles, competencies and functions across the organization.
\nIntroduce blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, on-the-job learning).
\nManage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
\n3. Talent & Leadership Development<\/p>\n
Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career development initiatives.
\nDesign and implement leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
\nSupport succession planning and talent pipeline development.
\n4. Performance & Capability Building<\/p>\n
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address capability gaps.
\nAlign L&D initiatives with performance management processes.
\nSupport culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
\n5. Digital Learning & Innovation<\/p>\n
Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning or LMS).
\nPromote a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
\nLeverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness and ROI.
\n6. Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
\nManage external training providers and partnerships.
\nAct as a trusted advisor on learning and capability building.
\n7. Monitoring & Evaluation<\/p>\n
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., ROI, performance improvement).
\nProvide regular reports and insights on learning impact.
\nContinuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs<\/p>\n
About You
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s is an advantage).
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
5 years of Learning & Development or Talent Management experience, of which 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
