2+ year experience in AI model supervised fine-tuning or reinforcement learning (RLHF)
\n2+ year experience in Machine Learning operations (MLOps)
\n1+ year experience in User-Generated Content (UGC) moderation \/ Trust & Safety operations
\nStrong data analysis, trend detection, and report writing skills
\nAbility to handle gray-area or edge-case scenarios
\nNative level +\u00a0English communication skills
\nDetail-oriented with ability to follow complex workflows and guidelines<\/p>\n
