Product Development and Rollout Governance<\/p>\n

\u2022 Define product roadmaps and phased rollout strategies.
\n\u2022 Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely execution.
\n\u2022 Establish rollout governance frameworks, SOPs, and service-level standards.
\n\u2022 Ensure seamless integration with Kifiya\u2019s AI decisioning and credit scoring infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Credit and Risk Oversight<\/p>\n

\u2022 Design asset financing structures aligned with risk-tiered lending models.
\n\u2022 Monitor portfolio performance including PAR, NPL trends, repayment behavior, and churn.
\n\u2022 Oversee collections frameworks, fraud mitigation controls, and underwriting guidelines.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with Risk and Analytics teams to continuously refine credit models and predictive performance tools.<\/p>\n

Customer Lifecycle and Experience Management<\/p>\n
