\n\u2022 Define target segments, priority use cases, value propositions, and pricing models.
\n\u2022 Ensures operational efficiency by streamlining loan origination, disbursement, and collection through digital platforms, while monitoring key financial and operational KPIs and reporting performance.
\n\u2022 Drive customer acquisition, adoption, and sustainable scaling of financing solutions to enhance financial inclusion and support business growth.
\n\u2022 Identify new revenue streams, product enhancements, and distribution innovations.
\n\u2022 Lead market research, customer insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
\n\u2022 Develop business cases and financial models to guide investment and scale decisions.
\n\u2022 Streamline loan origination, disbursement, and repayment through digital platforms.

\u2022 Own the device and asset financing P&L, ensuring revenue growth and margin sustainability.
\n\u2022 Align portfolio growth with liquidity availability and capital deployment strategy.
\n\u2022 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization in collaboration with Finance.
\n\u2022 Ensure capital-efficient scale and disciplined return on infrastructure investment.<\/p>\n

Product Development and Rollout Governance<\/p>\n

\u2022 Define product roadmaps and phased rollout strategies.
\n\u2022 Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely execution.
\n\u2022 Establish rollout governance frameworks, SOPs, and service-level standards.
\n\u2022 Ensure seamless integration with Kifiya\u2019s AI decisioning and credit scoring infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Credit and Risk Oversight<\/p>\n

\u2022 Design asset financing structures aligned with risk-tiered lending models.
\n\u2022 Monitor portfolio performance including PAR, NPL trends, repayment behavior, and churn.
\n\u2022 Oversee collections frameworks, fraud mitigation controls, and underwriting guidelines.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with Risk and Analytics teams to continuously refine credit models and predictive performance tools.<\/p>\n

Customer Lifecycle and Experience Management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure seamless onboarding, device delivery, repayment tracking, support, and upgrade journeys.
\n\u2022 Design engagement models that improve repayment reliability and reduce churn.
\n\u2022 Integrate digital servicing channels with field escalation processes.
\n\u2022 Maintain strong service-level performance across the entire customer lifecycle.<\/p>\n

Ecosystem and Distribution Expansion<\/p>\n
