Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
\nRecord daily financial transactions and update accounting systems.
\nPrepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
\nAssist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
\nMaintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
\nAssist in payroll preparation and expense tracking.
\nMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
\nEnsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
\nSupport senior accountants and finance team in audits and financial analysis.
\nPrepare basic financial statements and reports when required.
\nPerform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
