Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Responsible for the entire procurement process of all types of company materials, with a core focus on marketing materials (new product promotional posters, flyers, promotional gifts, event display boards, etc.), store materials (store decoration auxiliary materials, staff uniforms, reception supplies, etc.), display materials (mobile phone display racks, accessory display cabinets, price tags, display stands, protective props, etc.), ensuring that the procured materials meet the needs of new product marketing for mobile intelligent hardware, store expansion, and daily operations.
\nDevelop a reasonable procurement plan in combination with the company’s new product marketing plan, store expansion progress, and inventory status, precisely control the quantity, specifications, quality, and delivery cycle of procurement, avoid inventory overstock or material shortage issues, and ensure the smooth operation of business.
\nResponsible for the development, screening, evaluation, and maintenance of suppliers, establishing a comprehensive supplier profile, regularly conducting performance appraisals on suppliers (including on-time delivery rate, incoming goods pass rate, price competitiveness, etc.), optimizing the supplier structure, enhancing supply chain stability, and reducing procurement costs and risks.
\nLead procurement negotiation work, including terms such as price, payment method, delivery cycle, quality assurance, after-sales service, etc., strive for the optimal procurement conditions, achieve the optimization of procurement costs, and at the same time ensure that the quality of the procured materials meets the company’s standards.
\nFollow up on the execution progress of purchase orders, communicate in real-time with suppliers and relevant internal departments of the company (such as the Marketing Department, Store Operations Department, etc.), promptly handle abnormal situations during the procurement process (such as substandard quality, delayed delivery, etc.), coordinate matters related to returns and exchanges, and ensure that materials are delivered on time, in good quality, and in sufficient quantity.
\nResponsible for organizing and filing procurement-related archives, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier information, acceptance documentation, payment vouchers, etc., to ensure that the procurement process is traceable, compliant, and orderly.
\nMonitor the local material market conditions, price fluctuations, and supply chain dynamics in Ethiopia, collect relevant market information, analyze market trends, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company’s procurement strategy adjustment and cost optimization.
\nCollaborate with the company’s marketing activities, new product promotions, and store expansion efforts, efficiently fulfill ad-hoc procurement requirements, coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of related work; complete other procurement-related tasks assigned by superiors.
