Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, or a closely related field. A Bachelor\u2019s Degree with exceptional experience may be considered.
\nProfessional certifications in strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), or programme management are a strong advantage.
\nExperience<\/p>\n
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in corporate planning, strategy, performance monitoring, or programme management \u2014 with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
\nProven experience producing Board-level strategic reports, KPI dashboards, and consolidated development plans for multi-entity or group-level organisations.
\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse departmental plans into a unified strategic framework.
\nExperience in a construction, energy, mining, infrastructure, or engineering firm is a significant added value.
\nSkills & Competencies<\/p>\n
Exceptional organisational and analytical skills; ability to manage complex data sets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder reporting cycles with precision.
\nExcellent written and spoken English; ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling strategic documents for executive and Board audiences.
\nFrench language proficiency is a significant added value given the Guinea operating environment.
\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualisation tools, and ERP\/planning systems.
