Minimum BA\/BSc in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, Development Studies, and related social and behavioral science fields.
\nRelevant project management certification.
\nProject DPro certification (preferred).
\nExperience<\/p>\n
6 years\u2019 experience working in a similar senior position in NGO\/INGOs.
\nExperience in team leadership\/supervision
\nExtensive experience in programme development, management and monitoring.
\nStrong knowledge and experience in Child Protection in programming and current policy.
\nExperience working with vulnerable children and families.
\nThorough understanding of the regional socio-cultural situation.
\nLanguage Requirements<\/p>\n
Fluency in Somali (Local language).
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
