Major Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Develop and implement effective sales strategies .
\nLead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
\nBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
\nAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
\nSet realistic sales targets and KPIs for the team.
\nMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
