The election observers will:<\/p>\n
Attend and actively participate in pre-deployment election observation training, including safety and security briefing
\nObserve polling stations and electoral activities using standardized checklists
\nMonitor compliance with electoral laws, procedures, and human rights standards
\nIdentify and document irregularities, incidents, and potential conflict triggers
\nMaintain strict neutrality and non-interference during the observation process
\nApply safety and security procedures in all field engagements
\nSubmit three observation reports and incident reports (as needed)
\nParticipate in debriefing and reflection sessions after deployment
\nDuration of the Assignment<\/p>\n
The assignment will include:<\/p>\n
Training:\u00a0two rounds, each spanning two days
\nDeployment:\u00a0Covering pre-election period, election day, and immediate post-election period
\nDebriefing:\u00a01\u20132 days after field deployment
\nRequired Number\u00a0:<\/p>\n
Thirty (30) Observers<\/p>\n
Management<\/p>\n
The Observers will work closely with CARD\u2019s Project Team.
\nThe Observer will report directly to the Project
