What is the project about?
\nThe project task will be to select and prepare dishes of your choice, capturing clear photos throughout the process \u2013 from measuring ingredients to the finished meal.<\/p>\n
Following our task guidelines, you will submit both the photos and the relevant cooking details.<\/p>\n
All dishes must be home-cooked meals and at least one ingredient must be cooked during the preparation. Instant, plain, or ready-made foods such as instant noodles, drinks, dips, plain rice, microwavable food, etc. won’t qualify. We\u2019re looking for real and genuine recipes with at least 4 distinct ingredients!<\/p>\n
Basic Submission Requirements for a Dish:
\nDish Name and Description:\u00a0Provide the name of the dish, a brief description of the dish, and the cooking process.
\nIngredient Photos:\u00a0Submit 1 clear photo of each ingredient, fully prepared (e.g., peeled, chopped, diced, etc., as required for the recipe), but before cooking, placed in a container and then on a weighing scale. Each photo must include a short description and ingredient\u2019s weight in grams.
\nFinal Dish Photos:\u00a0Submit approximately 11 photos related to the final dish, following the instructions provided in the project guideline. Include a short description and the final dish\u2019s dimensions (width, length and height in centimeters) and weight.
\nImportant Notes:<\/p>\n
All photos must be original and taken by you \u2013 images from the internet or other sources are not allowed.
\nPhotos\u00a0must not\u00a0include any personally identifiable information (PII), such as faces, names, or addresses.

Who is eligible?
\nTo participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria:<\/p>\n
Be at least 18 years old.
\nReside in\u00a0Kazakhstan.
\nHave a smartphone or tablet with a model released in 2018 or later, equipped with a functional camera.
\nHave a digital weighing scale for measuring the weight (grams) of ingredients and food. The scale should have a tare function, which allows you to reset the weight to zero after placing a container on it.
\nHave at least one of the following common utensils on hand: table fork, table knife, teaspoon, or a pair of chopsticks. It will be used as a size reference during photo taking of the final dish.
\nHave a measuring ruler or measuring tape on hand.
\nWorking proficiency in English is required, as all communication and task guidelines will be in English.

Where is the project taking place?
\nThis is a fully\u00a0remote\u00a0project. You can participate from the comfort of your home. Note: all the photos should be taken within the country of residence.

What is the project duration?
\nThe project is ongoing and is estimated to continue until\u00a0April 2026. Once your first dish is preliminarily approved, you\u2019re welcome to submit as many dishes as you\u2019d like throughout the project.
