KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
\nSchedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
\nDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
\nOversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
\nResponsible to Maintain Forklift and other equipment in working condition and arrange periodic maintenance.
\nMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and by complying with local legal regulations.
\nOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
\nConducts weekly Inventory audits and maintain No discrepancy in stock.
\nForecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
\nPlace orders to replenish supply as needed.
\nTrack shipments and address any delays.
\nOversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items and special care needed items.
\nEvaluate local suppliers\u2019 offers and negotiate profitable deals.
\nLiaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products\u2019 quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
\nKeep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
\nEnsure purchases do not exceed budget.

\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
BA degree in accounting and finance, Logistics and Supply Chain or related field of study from a recognized university.
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Retail, warehouse and distribution.
\nTechnical Skills:<\/p>\n
Understanding of supply chain procedures (Order to Cash)
\nTechnical skills: Arrange the Goods in order and label them.
\nComputer skills (ERP system Business Central, Navigating Outlook email, and Microsoft Excel).
\nGood communication skills.
\nAbility to multitask.
