Establish and enforce construction standards, SOPs, and technical guidelines.
\nEnsure quality assurance and quality control (QA\/QC) practices are implemented across projects.
\nConduct periodic site audits and performance reviews.
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
\n4, Cost Efficiency & Value Engineering<\/p>\n
Drive cost optimization initiatives through value engineering and efficient resource utilization.
\nSupport budgeting and cost control processes across construction projects.
\nCollaborate with procurement and engineering teams to improve cost efficiency.
\nAnalyze project cost performance and recommend corrective actions.
\n5, Capability Development & Knowledge Management<\/p>\n
Lead capability development initiatives across all levels, including young talent, technical roles, and leadership pipelines.
\nDevelop and implement structured training and development programs to strengthen construction, project management, and operational capabilities.
\nIdentify capability gaps and drive targeted learning, coaching, and on-the-job development across projects.
\nEstablish and promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned across sites.
\nPartner with People & Culture to align capability development with performance management, succession planning, and career progression.

Support the implementation of construction management systems, ERP, and digital tools.
