Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Coordinates the delivery of training programs.
\nUpdates training materials and supports leadership in execution.
\nEnsures consistency and accuracy of training materials.
\nPartners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
\nPrepares training outlines and lesson plans relevant to the training material.
\nSchedules, tracks, and maintains training programs.
\nTakes direction from the appropriate leader regarding training needs to meet business objectives.
\nWorks with leadership to develop implementation plans to ensure that training initiatives are met.
\nCoordinates with Plant HR and talent Dev\u2019t Mgr. & Line Mgrs. to develop programs and create best practices.
\nCoordinate with HR and department managers to onboard new hires and integrate them into relevant training programs.
\nEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements as needed.
\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and content requirements.
\nDesign and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, online tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
\nUtilize various instructional techniques and technologies to facilitate learning, such as e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and interactive simulations.
\nEstablish and maintain training schedules and calendars, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions and resources.
\nWorks with leadership to ensure that course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
\nFacilitates on-the-job training and on-going process improvements.
\nTracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner’s satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job
