Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects.<\/p>\n
Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools.<\/p>\n
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs.<\/p>\n
Benchmark costs against historical data and current market trends.<\/p>\n
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with standard measurement methods.<\/p>\n
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for completeness and competitiveness.<\/p>\n
Participate in tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender instructions, and internal governance.<\/p>\n
