Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage key line systems (CL, CO, CM) and support machine operation when needed.
\nStrengthen the team\u2019s process\u2011control knowledge and provide on\u2011floor coaching.
\nAnalyze production and equipment data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
\nLead line problem\u2011solving activities (IPS, UPS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
\nSupport delivery by resolving issues quickly, reporting KPIs, and ensuring on\u2011time output.
\nFollow and promote all EHS standards, report incidents and unsafe behaviors, and maintain a safe workplace.
\nExecute additional tasks and small projects assigned by the manager.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree, Diploma, or equivalent (preferably Science or Engineering).
\n3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, problem solving, and data analysis.
\nKnowledge of Lean, IWS tools, and production systems.
\nStrong skills in\u00a0MS Office and Power BI.
\nAbility to coach, influence, and collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams.
\nStrong analytical and communication skills.
\nExcellent English language
