Observe production processes, collect data, and help identify bottlenecks or losses.
\nSupport daily production routines with Team Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Leads.
\nAssist in monitoring process parameters, documenting abnormalities, and updating logs.
\nSupport IWS\u2011related activities such as defect handling, time studies, standard work reviews, and daily management routines.
\nParticipate in basic root\u2011cause analysis discussions and improvement initiatives.
\nHelp prepare simple reports, charts, and\u00a0Power BI dashboards\u00a0to support improvement projects.
\nAssist with centerline checks, changeover preparation, and basic routine documentation.
\nEnsure safety compliance by following all EHS guidelines on the shop
