Position Title: GBV case worker \/Female only<\/p>\n
Duty station: Tigray region ,Based in Chila<\/p>\n
Employment Term: 4 months (Maternity Cover)<\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n The position holder will base at Tigray region: Chila Woreda. The overall responsibility of the position holder is to conduct GBV case management activities and strengthen GBV response referral pathway. She will be under the direct supervision of the Health Program Manager with technical links with the mission GBV Advisor.<\/p>\n Essential duties and responsibilities.<\/p>\n Case workers will provide case management services to survivors, including referrals to existing services at the woreda, will conduct follow up and update status of referral cases.
\nShe will support updating service mapping on their coverage area and coordinate with other GBV actors in the woreda.
\nPrepare and compile weekly and monthly reports and share with relevant stakeholders and immediate supervisors.
\nDevelop and implement individual case management planning for GBV survivors
\nEnsure regular follow-up of the implementation of the case plan for each clients
\nCoordinate with other Protection actors to coordinate the implementation of international and national standards and consideration of protection issues.
\nIdentify additional needs of the survivor and collaborate with other internal and external sectors to meet the needs of the survivor.
\nProvide confidential referral based on the best interest of the survivor to other service providers as part of case management; follow-up to ensure that all the cases adequately receiving needed support once referral has been made.
\nSupport the delivery of formal and on Job training and coaching for health and community workers
\nParticipate in the assessment, monitoring and auditing of mainstreaming activities
