\nEnsure all incoming materials are received and inspected in accordance with company rules and regulations.
\nEnsure the reconciliation of materials with purchase orders and report damages and discrepancies on orders received.
\nFollow up the proper storage of materials in the store.
\nIssues and receives goods per approved documents.
\nFollow up for the maintenance of the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
\nAnswers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
