\nParticipate in partner monitoring visit and prepare a report
\nProvide technical guidance to partners on program quality standards
\nActively engage in partner project management\/review meeting
\nReview and approve narrative reports of partner
\nExperience and technical competencies:<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in protection, with s practical experience in research or protection monitoring and protection analysis.
\nExcellent knowledge of research\/protection monitoring methodologies, experience in development and roll out of data collection and processing tools for trends analysis over time.
\nProven experience in protection analysis including ability to interpret, analyze and synthesize information.
\nFamiliarity with international human rights, international humanitarian law, refugee law, and regulatory frameworks for internal displacement, as well as Protection Analytical Framework, and Protection Information Management principles.
\nDemonstrable experience producing protection reports under tight deadlines using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
\nStrong interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate constructively and respectfully among people from varied backgrounds
\nComputer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
\nExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to
