Master\u2019s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, or a related field
\nMinimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in MERL, Program Quality, Data Management, or a similar role within the development or humanitarian sector of which at least 3 years in managerial position
\nProven experience working with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), ideally within a country office context, understanding their operational complexities and reporting requirements.
\nExperience working in fragile, complex, or low-resource settings, ideally in Ethiopia, including navigating security concerns, cultural diversity, and other operational challenges.
\nExperience in leading or mentoring M&E\/Quality teams, supervising staff, and building their technical capacities
\nExperience across various thematic areas relevant to Plan International (e.g., Protection, SRH, education, WASH, health, livelihoods) is highly beneficial.
\nExperience in the NGO Sector with strong experience \u2013 at least 5 years in managing development humanitarian, and resilience programmes in the INGO sector in a complex environment
\nA genuine commitment to Plan International’s mission, values, and a deep understanding of child rights and gender equality, driving an ethical and impactful approach to work.
\nExperience in strong command of data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Power BI, DHIS2)
\nSolid understanding of evaluation methodologies and research ethics.
