Role purpose: \u00a0To provide the technical lead in the team responsible for implementation of OSS and automation architecture\/landscape and to ensure that architecture principles \/guidelines are adhered to in the development of solutions. To analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business and ensure high quality, effective and efficient delivery within the NOC environment.<\/p>\n
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<\/p>\n
To perform systems analysis and design activities by assessing requirements in terms of feasibility, impact and cost, thereby assisting to create and compile accurate user requirement documents.<\/p>\n
To develop and enhance tools, processes and applications that will identify and address problems and optimize delivery against targets.
\nTo evaluate new technology solutions through research, analyzing and testing
\nTo produce management reports and ensure standard documentation is completed (e.g. project documentation, tracking, , audit reports)
\nTo co-ordinate and lead technical projects to deliver within time and cost
\nNetwork and collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure an understanding of key business issues, requirements, and drivers.
\nDrive automation and dependable for the end-to-end operation.
\nEnsure continuous improvement and improved efficiencies in technical environment.
\nManage Technical contracts and vendors
\nManage and maintain OSS systems, including upgrades, patches, and security updates.
\nAdditional tasks given from the management<\/p>\n
