IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Support<\/p>\n
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and software applications.
\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, and network devices.
\nPerform regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Manage and support the company\u2019s local area network (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity.

Provide timely technical support to employees via phone, email, remote or on-site assistance.

Participate in the planning and implementation of new IT projects, particularly in hardware procurement, software deployment, and system upgrades.
