Deliverables<\/p>\n
The candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end development process, including:
\nConducting detailed requirements gathering and system mapping
\nDesigning UI\/UX for all modules (web and mobile-responsive)
\nDeveloping the platform using modern, scalable technologies
\nIntegrating payment, SMS, and email notification systems
\nEnsuring strong data security, privacy compliance, and access control
\nPerforming unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing
\nPreparing system documentation, technical manuals, and source code
\nTraining the internal team on platform administration
\nMaintenance support and post-instalment support
\nYour Qualification \/ Skills<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development firm with Proven expertise in EdTech, marketplaces, or job-matching platforms
\nA team of a team of program managers, technical, back-end developers, frontend developer, UI\/UX Designer, QA \/Test Engineer, DevOps Engineer
\nYour Working Experience<\/p>\n
Strong skills in mobile-first design and scalable cloud architecture
\nExperience working with African or emerging-market digital systems
\nKnowledge of secure data handling and modern DevOps
