Job Summary:
\nThis is an\u00a0internship opportunity\u00a0with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent\u00a0Admin role\u00a0based on performance. The Accounts Manager Intern will support up to 50 student accounts in an online tutoring company, ensuring smooth onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, and communication between parents, tutors, and the company. The role is key to maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assist with trial sessions, contracts, and new student onboarding.
\nSupport scheduling, rescheduling, and tutor assignments.
\nHelp track unpaid invoices and maintain biweekly reports.
\nServe as a point of contact for parents, ensuring timely responses.
\nMonitor student progress (including IXL data) and prepare monthly progress reports.
\nParticipate in quality assurance by observing live sessions and reporting findings.
\nCollaborate with tutors to address student needs and improve engagement.
\nEnsure timely and accurate submission of all required reports.
\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/p>\n
Client retention and satisfaction.
\nTimeliness and accuracy of reports.
\nResponsiveness to communications.
\nQuality of session observations and feedback.
\nConsistency in IXL and invoice tracking.
