My name is Bizuayehue Yegazu Wonde. I was born in 1984 in a small rural village called Abayota, located in Naga Hawi Kebele, Nunu Kumba Woreda, East Wollega Zone of Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia. I am the son of Yegazu Wonde and Yeshi Guta.<\/p>\n
I grew up in a typical countryside environment where, before starting formal education, I supported my family by herding sheep and cattle and fetching water. These early life experiences helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and hard work.<\/p>\n
At the age of eight, in 1992, I began my primary education at Wayu Kaba Primary School, where I attended grades 1 to 8. After completing my primary education, I joined Mekonnen Demissie Senior Secondary School in 2001 and attended grades 9 to 12. Upon completing grade 12, I achieved a score of 3.20, which enabled me to join Jimma University in 2002.<\/p>\n
At Jimma University, I studied in the Faculty of Business and Economics under the Department of Business Education. I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Secretarial Science and Office Management.<\/p>\n
Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I pursued further education and obtained additional qualifications. I earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Jimma University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Ambo University, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management from Addis Ababa University.<\/p>\n
I began my professional career in October 2006 as a lecturer at Woliso Polytechnic College. When Ambo University later established a branch in Woliso, I successfully competed for a position and joined the university as a lecturer in the Department of Management under the School of Business and Economics.<\/p>\n
For the past nineteen (19) years, I have been serving at Ambo University with dedication, professionalism, and commitment to academic excellence. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have also served in administrative roles. I worked as Registrar Head for a total of ten (10) years, where I played a key role in managing and administering student-centered systems.<\/p>\n
In this role, I was responsible for overseeing registrar operations, system administration, and directorate functions. I managed student academic records, alumni databases, and password administration within the student information system.
