Key Responsibilities
Selected teachers will be expected to:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school curriculum
Develop engaging lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials
Monitor, evaluate, and support students’ academic progress
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Use learner-centered and innovative teaching strategies
Integrate ICT and modern teaching tools where appropriate
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Participate in staff meetings, training, and school development programs
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance
Contribute to extracurricular activities, clubs, and school events
About You
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant subject area
Cambridge curriculum experience is advantageous
A degree in Education (PGDT or equivalent) is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 and above years teaching experience
Experience in international settings is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
Strong subject mastery and classroom delivery skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use student-centered teaching methodologies
Competence in ICT integration in teaching and learning
Strong classroom management and organizational abilities
