Job Title: System Analyst / ERP Consultant (Client-Side Lead)

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst / ERP Consultant to lead our client-side operations, responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing effective solutions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ERP solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client specifications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data migration, and testing plans
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP system usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in a client-facing role
• Proven experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business needs and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Certification in ERP systems or related technologies is an added advantage
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required, with knowledge of other local languages being a plus
