Key Responsibilities

• Handle and transport luggage, equipment, and other items as required
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Completion of grade 10 or equivalent from a recognized Ethiopian school
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience as a Porter or in a related field is an asset
