What you will do:
Support the recruitment process (screening, scheduling, communication).
Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR data and support reporting activities.
Support learning, development, and internal training coordination.
Who we are looking for:
Fresh graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
