Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create high-quality, engaging, and entertaining short-form videos for TikTok
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content ideas and scripts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative ideas for content creation
• Utilize props, costumes, and other creative elements to enhance video content
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze performance metrics to refine and improve content strategy

Requirements

• Female candidate with a strong online presence on TikTok (minimum 1,000 followers)
• Completed a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, performing arts) from a recognized Ethiopian university
• 1-2 years of experience in creating content for social media platforms (TikTok experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Ethiopian culture and trends, with the ability to incorporate these into content creation
• Availability to work on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week)
