Job Description
Key Responsibility:
Ensure the factory complies with national SHE regulations and company policies.
Follow up on all licensing, certification, and regulatory renewals.
Ensure the availability and functionality of safety and emergency equipment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across all work areas.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness among all staff.
Coordinate and support emergency responses for workplace incidents.
Ensure emergency drills are planned and executed regularly.
Report and investigate workplace accidents and incidents promptly.
Monitor and manage the issuance and usage of PPE for all employees and visitors.
Maintain a minimum stock level of PPEs.
Ensure proper training on PPE use.
Support hygiene improvement initiatives across the workplace.
Collaborate with clinic staff/Nurses to monitor health conditions and workplace sanitation.
Organize SHE trainings and awareness sessions for employees.
Ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities related to SHE
Maintain accurate records of incidents, sick leave, lost time accidents (LTA), PPE issuance, and risk assessments.
Prepare and submit regular SHE performance reports.
About You
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and occupational health & safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized safety qualification is preferred.
Industry Experience: 4+ years in a high-risk operational environment, ideally within the beverage, FMCG, or logistics sectors.
