Machine Operator-Mainline

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate PVC pipe extrusion machines and related equipment.
Set up machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper temperature, pressure, and speed.
Inspect finished pipes for quality defects (size, thickness, surface finish).
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Record production data and maintain daily logs.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

About You
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or pipe production environment.
TVET Diploma or Level III/IV Certification in General Mechanics, Manufacturing Technology, Electricity, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in operating PVC/HDPE extrusion lines.
Understanding of quality control standards (ISO/Local regulatory specs).
