Job Title: Key Account Manager
Brief Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing customer accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to pursue them
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with product managers to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs
- Provide market feedback and insights to the sales and product teams to inform business decisions
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing existing customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
