Job Description

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Experience

Minimum 1 year of practical experience in human resources or administrative support roles.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave, and performance appraisal processes.
Support HR initiatives related to staff welfare, training, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws.
Provide administrative support to senior HR staff as needed.
Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
