Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software
• Develop and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage
