Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to lead our IT department and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the organization’s goals and objectives
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data
• Manage and supervise the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT needs and projects
• Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications, including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and customer service
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL Foundation are an added advantage
