Job Title: IT Administrator

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of our computer systems, network, and software applications. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees
• Ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems and data
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery when necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with network administration, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are an added advantage
