Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Manage and optimize cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CMA, is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
