Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving our company’s financial performance and will work closely with our senior management team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification, such as CPA or ACCA, is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office applications
