Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors; draft correspondence and presentations
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential files, reports, and briefing materials
- Organize executive meetings, workshops, and company events
- Track deadlines and support special projects and cross-department coordination
- Assist with budgeting, procurement follow-ups, and reporting
- Represent executives professionally when required
