Job Title: ERP Professional

As an ERP Professional, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning system. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP system meets the organization’s needs and is aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the ERP system to ensure it meets the organization’s needs and is aligned with business goals
• Configure and customize the ERP system to meet specific business requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation of ERP system processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the ERP system
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the ERP system
• Analyze and report on ERP system performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various departments
• Certification in ERP systems, such as SAP certification, is an added advantage
