Job Title: Corporate Business Relationship Manager-IFB – Dire Dawa

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Dire Dawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The Corporate Business Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue generation for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including regular meetings and communication
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement business growth strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market share

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
• Professional certification, such as a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, is an added advantage
