Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that meets the company’s goals and objectives
• Lead the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content, including job descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation and marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure content aligns with business objectives
• Manage and maintain the company’s content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content
• Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, clicks, and conversions, and adjust the content strategy accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation, writing, and editing, with a focus on digital content
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Experience with content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
