Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Camera Operator to join our security team. As a CCTV Camera Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner
• Operate and control CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording equipment
• Identify and report any security breaches or suspicious activity to the security management team
• Provide assistance and support to security personnel and other stakeholders as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and CCTV footage
• Collaborate with other security teams to ensure a comprehensive security approach

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Security Management, Criminology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in security or a related field
• Proven knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and respond to emergency situations
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
