Brewery Nurse – Harar

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and treatment to employees, including first aid, wound care, and basic life support
• Conduct medical assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee health and safety
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports
• Provide education and training to employees on health and safety topics

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Valid nursing license from the Ethiopian Ministry of Health
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a brewery or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
