Job Title: Branch Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and risk management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and customer acquisition goals
• Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service staff to ensure excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure effective cost management and profitability
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations and industry trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or MBA will be an added advantage
