Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign execution
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and achieve business goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or business development role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with marketing software and tools
• Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
