Job Title: Finance Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA (Ethiopia) or ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of financial management, planning, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
